Brent received his B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and has been an Aspen resident since 1971. He and his wife, Connie, are proud parents of four children: Noelle, Nathan, Kelly Kate, and Ryan.

Nick Coates

Enjoying two of the world's most beautiful resorts, Nick splits his time selling real estate in Aspen and developing property in Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. As a founding partner of Coates, Reid & Waldron, Nick has over 35 years of real estate sales and property management experience and remains active in every phase of the Aspen and Snowmass real estate markets. His local developments include the Chateau Condominiums in Aspen, the Ridge Condominiums in Snowmass Village, the Snowmass Village Shopping Center and the Aspen Athletic Club Building.
